Position series (vertical development channel): refers to the channel of change between employees in different departments and different types of work on the same technology, skill level or the same management level. Several career development sequences are designed according to the principle that the attributes of the positions are the same or similar.
Position level (horizontal development channel): It is a design for the order of changes of employees in terms of skill level, technical level, management level or salary level. The basic purpose of job level design is to ensure the continuity of career path promotion and meet the needs of employees' self-realization and growth.
Minxiang Pharmaceutical's job system is divided into 10 job series and 18 job levels.
The promotion level system of Minxiang Pharmaceutical is based on the knowledge and skills of the positions stipulated in the job description, combined with relevant factors such as the annual performance of employees, and forms a promotion management standard with hierarchical design of the position levels.
