The center was rated as enterprise technology center in Jinnan District in 2013,, and was rated as enterprise technology center in Tianjin City in 2015.

Technical center is divided into technical committee, regulation registration department, chemical R&D department, quality R&D department, pilot experimental group, and etc. technical committee is formed by general manager, deputy general manager, and other decision-makers. Regulation registration department is responsible for market survey, registration at home and abroad, collaborative management, pharmaceutical affairs law and regulation, patent application, trademark application, intellectual property protection and other affairs.
